Costs

Rentals are contracted with our manager in Portugal who lives 2 minutes away from our apartment . He is also happy to organize golf and car rentals. Please read the “Notes and Extras” below.

 

Weekly rates (in Euros) are as follows:

November thro’ February    –  € 343

March                                   –  € 413

April                                     –  € 525

May                                      –  € 630

June                                     –  € 700

July thro August                  –  € 840

September                           –  € 770

October                               –  € 630

Winter price special:

November through January – € 750 per month
Notes and extras:

 

  • To convert Euros to Canadian dollars or any other currency, please use www.xe.net/ucc/
  • Tenants pay for electricity November through March (about €25 / week)
  • Additional charge of €30 / week for Air conditioning. This is usually only required May thro October
  • Linen is included in rate. Tenants pay €60 for final cleaning at end of stay. Extra maid services (e.g., every other day) may be arranged and are charged to tenant as appropriate.
  • Additional person (above 4) and use of fold out bed: No charge
  • Terms: 40% on reservation, balance prior to start of rental period, to be discussed.
